1.Q: What should I expect during my first massage appointment?

During your first massage appointment, your therapist will ask you about your areas of tension you may have, or where you want them to focus. They will then tailor the massage to your needs and preferences, using a variety of techniques to help you relax and unwind.

2. Q: Do I need to undress completely for a massage?

A: It's up to you! You'll be given privacy to undress and get comfortable on the massage table, and you can choose to undress completely or leave on undergarments. Our therapists are trained to use draping techniques to ensure your comfort and privacy throughout the massage.

3.Q: What should I do if I feel uncomfortable during the massage?

A: Your comfort is our top priority. If you ever feel uncomfortable during the massage, please let your therapist know immediately. They will adjust the pressure or technique to make you more comfortable.

4. Q: What if I need to cancel my appointment?

A: We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We ask that you give us at least 48 hours' notice so that we can try to fill your spot. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a fee.

5. Q: Do you have male therapists or only female?

A: Most of our staff is female, if you would like to schedule with a male massage, please let us know in advance so we can have a male therapist available for you.

6. Q: What if I′m late?

A: A: We understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes unexpected delays occur. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please keep in mind that if you are more than 10 minutes late, your treatment may need to be shortened to stay on schedule for our other clients. If you are more than 30 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to another time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain our schedule and provide the best possible service to all of our clients.
