Appointments and Cancellations

To book an appointment or spa treatment, please call us directly or book online through our website. When booking an appointment, you will be asked to provide your name, contact information, and a deposit to reserve your spot. We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations. If you do not show up for your appointment or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged the deposit.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time to check in, complete any necessary forms for the facials if needed, and enjoy a complimentary beverage. If you arrive late, your service may be shortened, and you may still be charged the full price of the service.

Prices and Payment

Prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. Prices for services or products may vary by location. Payment for services and products can be made by credit card, debit card, cash, or gift card. We do not accept personal checks.

Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased from Mar Azul Spa may be used to purchase any service or product offered at our spa. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
