How long does the full experience take?
A 60-minute massage with pickup and drop-off takes about 90 minutes total. A 90-minute massage takes approximately 2 hours. We confirm your exact timeline at booking so you can plan your day.
Can I book a same-day appointment?
We do our best to accommodate same-day requests — call or WhatsApp us as soon as you dock. Booking in advance is always recommended to guarantee your preferred time slot.
Is it safe to leave the port area?
Absolutely. Mar Azul Spa is in Ensenada's established tourist zone, just minutes from the port. The area is well-traveled by cruise passengers every day and is safe for visitors.
Do I need to tip the driver or therapist?
Tipping is appreciated but never required. If you'd like to tip, a typical amount is 15–20% for the therapist and $5–10 USD for the driver. You can tip in USD or MXN.
What if my ship changes its schedule?
